AI with intention: from trends to impact
Session overview:
Trying to keep up with AI can feel like a full-time job. AI is reshaping how nonprofits operate, but not every tool deserves your attention. This session brings structure to the process, helping you identify where AI fits and where it does not. Discover how to focus your efforts, apply AI to real challenges, and build a strategy that supports consistent, mission-driven work.
Learning objectives:
- Choose AI tools that make sense
- Utilize AI to real fundraising scenarios
- Set standards for responsible AI adoption
- Establish clear AI usage guidelines

Rethinking AI: precision over volume
Session overview:

Learning objectives:
- Analyze impact of reduced contact volume
- Assess AI tools for transparency standards
- Apply predict-act-measure decision framework
- Align outreach with donor expectations

An introduction to the AI Equity Framework
Session overview:
AI tools promise efficiency, but thoughtful adoption requires more than speed. Discover how to assess AI decisions through a values-driven lens and build practices that strengthen trust and guide smarter choices.
Learning objectives:
- Identify key ideas of the AI Equity Framework
- Reflect on AI’s role in decision-making
- Consider trust across donor relationships
- Develop questions for responsible AI adoption
