Adam has spent nearly two decades developing donor-focused, sustainable fundraising programs for various nonprofits. He joined Loring, Sternberg, and Associates in 2016 and became a partner in 2018. Before this, Adam held leadership roles at the YMCA of the USA, Hanover College, and the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis. He has helped raise over $80 million in capital and led an annual campaign that raised more than $2 million yearly.Adam frequently contributes to fundraising organizations like Bloomerang, NAYDO, and AFP and presents at conferences and workshops. As a volunteer, he serves as Vice Chair of Second Helpings, the board of Coburn Place, and Hanover College’s Advancement Advisory Committee. He has been honored with several awards, including AFP Indiana’s Outstanding Fundraising Volunteer and Hanover College’s Distinguished Young Alumni Award.
