No. Your current contract and billing remain unchanged unless you choose to upgrade to a plan that includes Dataro-powered capabilities.
For predictions, Dataro uses account details, address information, transaction history, designations, campaign and appeal data, recurring donation schedules, and payment failure flags.

Your data remains your property. Only de-identified data is used for modeling, and personal information is never shared between customers.

For ProspectAI, the required input is a full name. City, state, country, and additional context fields can be added to improve results. ProspectAI uses publicly available internet data only.

Privacy is how Dataro is built into Bloomerang, not an add-on. Three things to know:

  1. Your supporter records stay in Bloomerang. If your plan includes Dataro, your fundraising and engagement data is sent to Dataro under a Data Processing Agreement to generate predictions for your organization — and for that purpose only. Dataro does not use your identifiable data to train their models, and it is never sold or shared.
  2. Both Bloomerang and Dataro are SOC 2 compliant, and individual donor records never leave the Bloomerang Giving Platform.
  3. Every recommendation is human-reviewed. Dataro surfaces the signal. Your team decides what to do with it. Nothing reaches a supporter without your approval.
No. Bloomerang’s privacy policy does not change as a result of this partnership. Your donor data remains yours and is not sold or shared without permission.
