Paul Kramer

Paul Kramer is the Head of Stripe for Non-Profits, where he leads Stripe's payments strategy and product work for the nonprofit sector. Alongside that role, he serves as Chairman and Co-Founder of the Institute for Youth in Policy. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles across national political campaigns in 2020 and 2022, and founded the design agency Next Phase Labs. Paul studied Organizational Development, Computer Science, and Public Policy at Vanderbilt University, where he was a Crescere Aude Scholar.
