Meena Das (she/her) is the CEO, consultant, and facilitator of two practices – Namaste Data and Data Is For Everyone. Namaste Data focuses on advancing data equity for nonprofits and social impact agencies, while Data Is For Everyone provides tools and resources to help people learn how to navigate the world of data. Meena is a specialist in designing and teaching equitable research tools and analyzing engagement. Tommy Vacek is the Chief Technology Officer at Bloomerang, where he leads product, engineering, and data strategy with a future-focused mindset and a strong passion for AI. With over 15 years of experience scaling technology teams and modernizing infrastructure across fintech, web hosting, and marketplace platforms, Tommy is committed to driving innovation that fuels growth and impact. At Bloomerang, he’s focused on integrating AI to help nonprofits work smarter, deepen donor relationships, and create meaningful giving experiences. Based in Omaha, NE, Tommy is also a dedicated husband and father of four.

Megan Harrison is the Development Associate at Families Moving Forward in Durham, North Carolina, the primary emergency shelter serving families with children in Durham County. She leads donor engagement, manages the organization’s CRM, and develops strategic communications that connect supporters to the impact of programs addressing family homelessness. Megan holds a Leadership in the Public Sector degree from North Carolina State University and previously spent nearly 15 years as a project manager and manager with FedEx. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, visiting museums, baking, and has been a San Diego Padres fan since before her birth.
