France is the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of boodleAI (www.boodle.ai), a technology company focused on changing the game for donor acquisition and retention by delivering AI-curated donor prospects, seamless digital advertising solutions, and dynamic donor insights to generate groundbreaking lifts in awareness, engagement, and lifetime retention rates. France also has over 20 years of national security experience, with service in every branch of the U.S. Government. He clerked for Chief Judge James E. Baker on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Arme Shawn holds a BS in Computer Science from the US Military Academy, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and JD from the Northwestern School of Law.
