Cancellation Policy
Bloomerang incurs substantial, non-recoverable costs well in advance of each event. Accordingly, the following cancellation and refund policy is strictly enforced:
- All registration fees become non-refundable within 60 days of the event date. No exceptions will be made.
- Cancellations requested more than 60 days after the original purchase date are not permitted.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
- Registrations may be transferred to another attendee up to the event start date. To request a transfer, you must email us with the new attendee’s full name, email address, job title, and organization.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
- Any eligible refunds will be processed by April 17, 2026.
- Bloomerang reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
