The InitLive To Bloomerang Volunteer Rebrand Kit
Back in March we announced that Bloomerang acquired InitLive, so we can continue to expand our work and help more organizations deliver their mission. By bringing together two essential components of a thriving organization–engaged volunteers and donors–together we can build a world inspired by giving.
We will launch the rebrand of the InitLive solution to Bloomerang Volunteer to create a more consistent visual experience across the Bloomerang platform. On July 5, 2023, you and your volunteers will notice the following changes when you log into InitLive:
Rest assured that the changes impact the visuals only – workflows, navigation and overall user experience will remain the same for you and your volunteers.
To help you through the rebrand process and make it as easy as possible, we created a rebrand kit to ensure you provide a fantastic volunteer experience:
Addresses the questions that you and your volunteers may have about the rebranding.
An email template you can customize and use to communicate with your volunteers.
Logo files including the mobile app icon.
Before and after screenshots for the web and mobile apps as well as the Attendance Kiosk so you have everything you need to update your volunteer materials. For example,
We encourage you to update your volunteer materials in advance, so you can prepare your volunteers for the changes and to avoid any confusion.

Hi there, Susan Emfinger from CASA of Baltimore County here, and we are existing Bloomerang customers.Re: InitLive: Given that all of the benefits of InitLive volunteer management software (that is now Bloomerang software, right?), I'm still not sure how InitLive intersects/interacts with the Bloomerang donor software. E.g., Bloomerang Donor Management. I imagine you guys have thought about my questions below, but behind questions 1 & 2 is this question: Is Bloomerang one database, or two? I'd be very grateful if you could take a look at my questions below, and let me know what would happen in the following hypothetical cases: 1) If someone signs up to volunteer, who also happens to be the spouse of one of our donors, how would I know this - does the (new) volunteer's name get listed in the donor database, as well? 2) If there is a volunteer who hasn't yet donated, but who has high net worth, is there a means by which I automatically see that the new volunteer possesses the characteristic (of being high net worth) on the donor side, where we have integration with DonorSearch, OR do I need to separately check the volunteer management side? 3)Does the volunteer management side come to us (because we are existing Bloomerang customers) free of cost, or do we need to specifically sign up for it? Thanks in advance.
