As a Co-founder of Social Impact Solutions, Lauren leads strategic efforts to help nonprofits, healthcare systems, and community organizations measure and communicate their impact. With a strong foundation in public health, nutrition, and program evaluation, Lauren specializes in translating data into meaningful insights that drive growth, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable change. Her academic background includes a Master’s in Nutrition from Clemson University and a Doctorate in Public Health from Loma Linda University. Lauren is a certified diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and has held leadership roles on the ACLM Trainee Executive Board, including Vice President of Research and Vice President. She has contributed to national conferences and peer-reviewed journals, sharing research on nutrition education and lifestyle behavior change. Through her work, Lauren is committed to advancing health equity, reducing chronic disease, and strengthening the capacity of mission-driven organizations to create lasting change.
