Along with better constituent communications, the team at Abbott House has benefited from clean data management. “Multiple people can now use the system, whereas beforehand, the system was so complicated that only one person could use it,” said Candela-Katz. “We were also able to clean up much of the data.”

The Abbott House team has also been impressed with the improvements they’ve seen in dollars raised.
